Features

Everything you need to run registrations from WordPress.

Designed for organizations that need more than a basic contact form: participants, pricing, signatures, payments, confirmations, records and reporting.

Flexible Form Builder

Create custom questions with short answer, long answer, select, radio, checkbox, date, time and signature fields.

Multiple Registration Types

Use School / Sunday School, Event / Conference, Camp / Youth Program, Class / Course, Membership / Household, Volunteer Program, General Program or Other.

Multiple Participants

One parent or primary contact can register multiple students, attendees, campers or participants in a single submission.

Discounts & Pricing

Set per-participant pricing plus multi-participant discounts, fixed discounts, percentage discounts and discount codes.

Stripe Card Payments

Connect your organization’s Stripe account from the plugin and use hosted Stripe Checkout without pasting API keys or setting up a site webhook.

Disconnect / Reconnect Stripe

Switch or reconnect the organization’s Stripe account directly from plugin settings when needed.

Payment Recovery Links

If someone leaves Stripe before paying, the registration remains saved and a secure link lets them complete payment later.

Free & Manual Payments

Run free registrations or enable check, cash and custom offline payment methods without transaction fees from Deen Apps.

Signature Fields

Collect signatures as part of the registration and allow authorized administrators to download them when needed.

Branded Email Confirmations

Send confirmations and admin notifications using your configured organization name and administrative email address.

Registration Management

Search, filter, edit, review and delete registrations from WordPress or the frontend staff portal.

Pagination Controls

Keep large registration lists manageable with configurable pagination for admin and public views.

Admin & Public Field Controls

Choose which submitted fields appear in administrative tables and which are safe to display in public registrant lists.

CSV Export

Export stored registration information for Excel, Google Sheets, reporting or offline recordkeeping.

Per-Form Dashboard

See registration totals, participants, paid and unpaid records, collected amounts and outstanding balances.

Built-in Help & FAQ

The plugin includes a Help & FAQ area covering setup, forms, payments, Stripe, shortcodes and common questions.

Simple Shortcodes

Publish registration forms, staff management views and public registrant lists on normal WordPress pages.

Your Registration Data Stays in WordPress

Registration records remain in your WordPress database. Sensitive custom form answers are not sent to Stripe.

Simple Pricing

Everything is free except online card payments.

There is no plugin license, subscription, per-form fee or fee for registrations paid by cash, check or another manual method.

Useful shortcodes
[registration_manager_form id="1"] [registration_manager_admin] [registration_manager_public id="1"]

The exact form shortcode is also displayed inside the form list, so users do not need to memorize form IDs.

Optional Card Payments

Connect Stripe without copying API keys or configuring webhooks.

The organization connects its own Stripe account through the plugin. Card payments are processed by Stripe, the organization receives the payment in its Stripe account, and Deen Apps receives the 2% platform fee automatically.

Open Registration Manager → Settings.
Click Connect with Stripe.
Complete Stripe’s secure onboarding.
Return to WordPress and refresh Stripe status.
Enable card payments on the forms where you want them.
Disconnect and reconnect Stripe from Settings if the organization ever needs to change its connection.

What happens after a card registration?

1
Registration is saved in WordPress
2
Registrant is sent to secure Stripe Checkout
3
Stripe processes the card in the organization’s connected account
4
Payment confirmation is received by the Deen Apps payment service
5
WordPress automatically reconciles the registration
6
Registration changes to Paid
7
Registrant returns to the organization’s WordPress site
Payment Recovery

A closed payment window does not mean a lost registration.

The registration is saved before Stripe Checkout opens. If the registrant leaves Checkout, loses internet access or chooses to pay later, the registration can remain pending and be completed through a secure payment recovery link.

Payment matching uses registration-specific references rather than assuming an email address identifies a payment, helping keep unrelated Stripe transactions separate from plugin registrations.

1
Registration submitted and saved
2
Payment status set to Pending
3
Confirmation email sent
4
Registrant uses secure payment link
5
Fresh Stripe Checkout session created
6
Backend confirms payment
7

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the plugin really free?
Yes. The plugin is free to download and use. There is no license fee, subscription fee, per-form charge or fee for cash, check, custom manual payments or free registrations. Deen Apps charges a 2% platform fee only when a registrant completes a credit or debit card payment through Stripe. Stripe processing fees also apply to those card payments.
Do I need Stripe?
No. Stripe is optional. You can run completely free forms or accept cash, check and custom manual payment methods without connecting Stripe.
How do card payment fees work?
For card payments, Deen Apps charges 2% of the payment amount. Stripe separately charges its normal payment-processing fee. The organization receives the payment through its own connected Stripe account.
Do I have to paste Stripe API keys into WordPress?
No. The plugin uses a Connect with Stripe flow. The organization completes Stripe onboarding securely and the plugin checks the connection status automatically.
Can I disconnect or change the Stripe account?
Yes. Settings include Disconnect Stripe and reconnect controls. The system will protect unresolved card payments from being disconnected mid-processing.
Can I use it for something other than a school?
Yes. Built-in types include School / Sunday School, Event / Conference, Camp / Youth Program, Class / Course, Membership / Household, Volunteer Program, General Program and Other / General.
Can one person register multiple children or attendees?
Yes. One primary contact can add multiple participants to a single registration, subject to the form’s configured participant limit.
Can I offer discounts?
Yes. The plugin supports multi-participant pricing rules and discount codes with percentage, fixed-amount and fixed-total options.
What happens if someone leaves Stripe before paying?
The registration remains saved rather than disappearing. A secure payment recovery flow can create another Checkout session for the existing registration.
Can staff manually mark payments paid or unpaid?
Yes. This is useful for check, cash and custom manual payment methods or for administrative corrections.
Can I export registrations?
Yes. Registration records can be exported to CSV for Excel, Google Sheets and reporting workflows.
Where is registration data stored?
Registration data is stored in custom tables in your WordPress database. Stripe handles card processing separately. Sensitive custom registration answers are not sent to Stripe as payment metadata.
Does the plugin include instructions?
Yes. Registration Manager includes a Help & FAQ section covering setup, forms, shortcodes, Stripe, manual payments and common workflows.
Does Deen Apps host my registration records?
No. The plugin runs on your WordPress site and stores the registration records in your WordPress database. The Deen Apps payment service is used only for the Stripe Connect/payment coordination needed for card transactions.
